Maple Leaf Cleaning Services Inc. was created in 1989 following a laid off Janitor. That laid of Janitor isnow owner and president Fadil Malik. For the last 25 years, we have been providing people in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area with a source of steady work, professional on going work training, Health and Safety Certification, and a team environment. We strive to enhance, not only the buildings we service but the people who make it happen.

Meet our leadership team:

• Fadil Malik the Founder, President and CEO of Maple Leaf Cleaning Services Inc. Fadil’s reputation for friendly, personal service and extensive experience in the maintenance and cleaning industry spans more than two decades.
• Mack Hunte - CGA Accounten , Mack overlooks the financials of the company.
• Nash Malik - B.A. Hons., Operations Manager – Nash has 9 years of experience in managing the operations of our company. He brings personal customer service, Client Relations, and attention to detail to his role at MLCS.
• Alina Szyzkowska, Supervisor, Safety Specialist – Over the last 20+ years in the janitorial industry, Alina has developed strong skills in managing the operations of maintenance teams and ensuring the safety of MLCS employees and customers alike. She takes safety very seriously and ensures quality of work.
